In 2011, Houston Coalition for Life launched the first mobile crisis pregnancy centers in Texas we lovingly call the Big Blue Bus. The idea for Big Blue was born in response to Planned Parenthood building the largest facility in the Western Hempisphere on I45. Houston Coalition for Life believes women deserve to make fully-informed life-affirming choices and Big Blue has been parked outside of Planned Parenthood six days a week for twelve years.
If you think you might be pregnant and need help, we are here for you. We offer free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, counseling and referrals if needed.
